Side note ‼️ - for a snack I’ve been super into mixing almond butter, honey, & a dash of cinnamon together to use as a dip for apples, strawberries, & bananas. A great thang for dessert if you’re entertaining and need something to accompany my tahini cake you just made (right? right?) 😇 Comment below if you’d be into seeing more snack ideas! happy Saturday 🖤

....after you recover from that cringey opener of mine maybe you should make my GF Granola Muffins and top it with a coconut yogurt “frosting.” I also swirled in some almond butter, honey, and because I am me. Really great to prep for the week because apparently tomorrow is Monday and that weekend was 3 seconds long. Enjoy and happy Sunday !! xx
1 cup GF rolled oats 
1/4 cup almond flour 
2.5 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted & cooled 
2 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
Dash cinnamon 
1/2 tsp vanilla .
In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, melted & cooled coconut oil, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, toss together rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and almond flour. Add oat mixture to almond butter mixture and toss together until everything is fully incorporated. Grease a mini muffin tin very well with coconut oil. Press about two tablespoons of mixture into each cup of the muffin tin and make sure that it is packed *very* tightly. Bake on 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes until oats around the edges are golden brown. Let cool completely (!!) before pulling out of muffin tin and serving. Enjoy!!

I’m the gal who has 12 snacks in her bag for a 1 hour excursion out of my apartment.
