Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour 
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk 
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/8 tsp salt 
1/4 cup strawberries, thinly sliced 
Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Whisk together flours, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add vanilla and almond milk. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Spoon 3 TBSP amounts onto a hot, greased skillet. Add a few sliced strawberries to the tops of the pancakes before you flip. Makes about 5-6 medium sized pancakes. Top with remaining strawberries, maple syrup, fruit, coconut, nuts, etc. if desired. ⚡️

lol anyway the answer is yes because I developed these Quinoa Masala Black Bean Burgers not too long ago and I’m gonna be honest...they smash it every time. You will need: 
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter 
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour 
2 tbsp coconut flour 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
Mini vegan chocolate chips 
Flaky sea salt
. 
Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Whisk together almond and coconut flour in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll into bites, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and refrigerate for 20 minutes too firm up. Enjoy!!

Sweet Potato Garlic Tahini Dip (V/GF)
Ingredients 
2 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 cup tahini 
3 tbsp olive oil 
4 cloves garlic, smashed 
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
1/2 tsp paprika 
3/4 tsp cumin 
1 tsp salt + more to taste 
1/2 tsp pepper + more to taste 
Stacy’s Multigrain Pita Chips .
Instructions 
Boil sweet potatoes for 30 minutes, until soft. Let cool. Once potatoes have cooled, peel skins off. Add peeled sweet potatoes to a food processor or high-speed blender along with the tahini, smashed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Process/blend until smooth. Season more to taste. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with parsley, sesame seeds, and a dash of paprika. Serve with Stacy’s Multigrain Pita Chips for a perfect pairing!
