Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies will change your life. Not like I'm biased or anything. Grain-free, refined-sugar free, and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup + 1 TBSP almond or cashew butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Splash almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Mix the flours together with the baking powder and soda. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add in the melted and cooled coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips, careful not to overmix. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
