First rinse under cold water to rid of any ice build up. Pat with towel to dry, and then brush with olive oil generously on both sides of fillet. Heat a large skillet with olive oil, place the fillet in, and let cook for about 2 minutes uncovered, and about 3 minutes covered until cooked through (this depends on how large your fillet is). Flip and cook for a couple minutes on the other side to ensure it is fully cooked. Generously season this side with everything bagel spice. Lastly flip your salmon, spice side down and cook on low for about 1-2 minutes.
