Apple Stacker with Coconut Yogurt and Granola

Ingredients
Apple of choice
(I love Honeycrisp!)
Granola of choice
(or homemade)
Coconut yogurt
(I use unsweetened vanilla)
Cinnamon
Instructions
Core your apple. Cut width-wise into rings. Starting from the bottom slice, spread a thin layer of coconut yogurt, cinnamon, and granola and work to the top-most slice. Enjoy!
