Apple Stacker with Coconut Yogurt and Granola

Ingredients

  • Apple of choice (I love Honeycrisp!)
  • Granola of choice (or homemade)
  • Coconut yogurt (I use unsweetened vanilla)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Core your apple. Cut width-wise into rings. Starting from the bottom slice, spread a thin layer of coconut yogurt, cinnamon, and granola and work to the top-most slice. Enjoy!
