Salted Almond Butter Hemp Freezer Fudge with Cacao Nibs

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup omit to make keto friendly
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Original Hemp Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs, plus more for sprinkling on top
  • flaky sea salt


  1. Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan by lining with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter, melted and cooled coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix together until smooth.

  3. Add Pacific's Hemp Plant-Based Beverage to miture and stir to combine. Fold in cacao nibs.

  4. Transfer freezer fudge batter to parchment lined pan and smooth out to evenly distribute the mixture throughout the pan.

  5. Top with extra cacao nibs and flaky sea salt. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

  6. Slice, and enjoy! Best served immediately, store in freezer.
