Carrot Fries

  • Raw large carrots
  • Avocado or olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chili flakes or cayenne powder


  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While that's warming, cut your carrots in fourths lengthwise and then cut those pieces in half. You want to make sure they aren't too thick so you can get a nice char. Spray or drizzle with avocado oil, and season with salt, garlic powder, and some chili flakes if you want some heat. Roast in the oven 45 minutes or until edges are browned and well done.
