Coconut Almond Bliss Balls (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup raw almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until dough is formed. You might have to scrape down sides of blender in order to get everything mixed well. Option to add chocolate chips, maple syrup, or dates for a sweeter bite! The dough will be a little wet, but that's okay. Form dough into balls and place in freezer - should freeze well in just under an hour. Thaw for a few minutes before eating and enjoy!
