Grapefruit Fennel Mocktail

I’ve been on my mocktail game, and loving it. A few people on my stories asked me for advice on how to not to feel awkward when someone asks why you don’t drink, and I want you to know this (and it applies to everything): just because it’s not always the norm doesn’t mean you shouldn’t feel confident about your choices (whether you drink or not)! You should be proud of yourself for making a decision that feels best for you - there’s nothing to be ashamed of. We don’t really owe anyone any explanation of our choices - own them, and be confident that you’re doing what you want to do.

This mocktail is inspired a Spring and Mulberry Chocolate bar (one of my favorite women-owned brands)! Their new chocolate bar has fennel seeds in it (one of my favorite whole spices to use in indian cooking and a great digestif)! This mocktail is also an amazing digestif and pairs perfectly with the fennel seed studded chocolate bar (which btw, is just sweetened with dates and is sooo yum)! Hope you enjoy this mocktail!
